Services

Xinneng Shipbuilding offers a comprehensive suite of services to our clients, covering the entire lifecycle of inland vessels – from initial concept to long-term operation. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of ship owners, operators, and brokers looking for reliable and flexible solutions.

Newbuilding

From concept to class-approved delivery

We deliver turnkey inland vessels from concept to trials. In-house engineering and partner institutes align design with class and operational needs. Highly automated workshops keep projects on time and on quality, whether serial builds or customs. Standardized platforms accelerate approvals while allowing option lists for cargo gear, bridges, and propulsion packages. Each ship completes rigorous testing before handover, backed by a large, skilled workforce and high annual capacity that supports fleet programs.

Modification

Decarbonize and modernize existing tonnage

Extend asset life and value through green conversions and upgrades. We retrofit LNG dual-fuel or hybrid/electric systems, plus structural and habitability improvements. 3D scanning and digital fabrication ensure perfect fit and preserved class. We sequence work to minimize off-hire and provide feasibility/ROI models to guide decisions. Expect lower emissions, better efficiency, and stronger charter appeal—with documentation ready for class and regulators.

Delivery

From yard gate to your route

Delivery covers more than handover: we plan domestic and export logistics, documentation, and class/flag formalities. Options include towing, own-power delivery, heavy-lift, or modular shipment. Owners’ reps join sea trials and inspections for full transparency. We prepare spares lists, technical files, and commissioning plans so the first voyage starts cleanly. If needed, our team supports crew training and on-site start-up at destination.

Electric / LNG Power Solution

Turnkey clean propulsion integration

For third-party or existing vessels, we integrate battery-electric or LNG powertrains end-to-end: sizing, layout, controls, and safety. Experience from reference projects informs practical, class-compliant designs. We manage equipment sourcing and supervision—from battery containers and PMS to cryogenic tanks and gas safety systems. Engineering includes HAZID/HAZOP and failure-mode reviews to streamline approvals. Result: measurable emissions cuts and reliable operations without trial-and-error.

Charging Facility

Shore power that scales with your fleet

We design shore-side charging infrastructure matched to vessel profiles—fast DC, battery swap, or hybrid setups with onsite renewables. Services span site assessment, electrical design, equipment selection, and grid integration with safety compliance. We assist clients in coordinating with utilities and port authorities to secure necessary power capacity and permitting, providing all essential technical support. Optional energy storage smooths demand peaks and improves resilience. Roadmaps scale as fleets grow, enabling reliable electric operations from day one.

International Finance / Leasing

Bankable structures for green inland fleets

As part of a state-owned group, we help arrange export credit, leasing, or lease-to-own structures via trusted partners. These models reduce CAPEX and align cash flow with operations (typical 5–10-year tenors). Government-backed status can unlock green incentives or guarantees that improve pricing. We coordinate term sheets, technical dossiers, and compliance for cross-border deals. Brokers gain a clear financing path to move prospects from interest to signed contracts.
